Rachel Boughton
Rachel Boughton, Roshi, is the Director of the Santa Rosa Creek Zen Center, an artist and mother of two grown children. She also writes. She studied visual art, feminism, theatre, electronic music composition, and philosophy in several places – France, Oberlin College, Stanford University, Mills College, and the University of Washington. After a long hiatus from higher education, she is now a diploma candidate at the CG Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland where she has studied since 2014. She is interested in the way the experiences of transformation, creativity and healing are experienced in both Jungian psychology and Zen koan work.
